INSTRUCTIONS
- 3 endives, leaves separated
- 1 green apple
- ¼ cup chopped candied pecans
- ¼ cup of pecorino cheese
- 3 tablespoons of Chuck Hughes White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Finely chop and combine ingredients in bowl
- Spoon onto endives
