INGREDIENTS
- Rotisserie chicken (cooked)
- Head Boston lettuce
- Red onion
- Marble Cheese
- Chuck Hughes Hot or Mild Pepper Spread
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pull whole rotisserie chicken in a large bowl
- Toss chicken with 2-3 tbsp of Hot or Mild Pepper Spread (or to taste)
- Add 1/4 cup red onions
- Grate in marble cheese
- Add on top of lettuce wraps
